Returns before shipping
If you need to refund your order before we have shipped your order, we will gladly refund your order, but we will charge a 3% processing fee to cover the costs of credit card fees and administration fees associated with each order.
Returns After Shipping
There are many variables in gardening and farming. As such, we cannot guarantee our garlic will perform for you in your environment as well as it does for us. However, we have had many gardeners grow great garlic.
If you are unhappy with the garlic bulb quality, we will happily refund the your order for the amount of the garlic if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and return the garlic to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the garlic. We will not be able to refund the actual cost of shipping.
Farrah's Farm selects only the best bulbs when preparing our shipments. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Include your name, contact info and order number in all correspondence.
